Backed by expertise in Urban Planning and Conservation Architecture we have a proven record in obtaining successful Planning Applications, Listed Building Consents, Building Control Certificates, in the most challenging sites.

We pride ourselves on providing successful, unique designs in sensitive, often difficult settings. 

We promptly advise on Permitted Development Rights (building without applying for Planning Permission) and help with Building Control Regularisation Certificates, Letters of Objection (or Support) and Design Reviews.

We tailor our fees to suit Clients needs, time frame & budget and can provide quotes in a form of the Lump Sum fee, Hourly Rate or a percentage of the build costs.

We work according to the highest RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and ARB (Architects Registration Board) standards and we have a talent for adding substantial value to Clients’ project.
