Blackrock House

Alterations, refurbishment and extensions to a typical 70's bungalow in Blackrock, Ireland. This bungalow has been carefully remodelled to take advantage of the sea views, vast garden and beautifully raised topography of the site surrounded by mature landscaping.

The house offers much-needed space for a growing modern family with carefully designated zones. Living- in and living -out is cohesively combined with the safe kids' zone, parents private zone with the B&Q, quest zone, landscaped patio areas at the rear & expansive front garden. A purposefully designed workshop for the Client's collection of classic cars sits beside the harmony of the existing dwelling.

This project has been discussed in detail with the An Bord Pleanála and successfully obtained statutory approvals.
