Roselands

Two new luxury bespoke homes for private Clients in Belfast.

A challenging scheme on an elevated site in a tense suburban setting in west Belfast. The design has been carefully considered to maximise the use of existing topography and geology of the site to offer privacy and a split -level arrangement. The split level concept is also a reference to the design conscious Clients to reflect their passion for mid-century interiors. The materials, massing, scale and finishes reference red brick Victorian houses of the surrounding area.

The respect for the site and its characteristics is also reflected internally offering light and abundance of space.  Both houses are considerably tucked away from public view and one of the busiest arteries of Belfast. The indigenous extensive mature landscaping provides unique tranquility in a busy city setting. Both houses are thoroughly contextualised and offer a harmonious insertion in the landscape.
