Masonic Hall and Community Centre in Newtownards

Refurbishment of a Listed Masonic Lodge and development of a new community centre comprising community rooms, offices, multipurpose rentable spaces, and an additional Masonic lodge at Newtownards Masonic Hall.

Newtownards Masonic Hall is an architectural gem, originally constructed in 1812 and designated as a B-Listed building. Purpose-built for Friendship Lodge No. 447, it continues to serve the local community as both a symbol and guardian of Newtownards’ rich cultural and historical heritage.

Listed Building Consent has been successfully obtained for the proposed works to the main Hall.
