In the interview directed by the Irish, London-based director Sean James Garland, Alina talks about how she designs aspiring architecture here.
Based in the picturesque village of Rostrevor, Northern Ireland, we help clients across the UK, Ireland, and further afield adapt and reimagine old and historic buildings and develop challenging sites.
Our Conservation and Architecture practice has grown through invitation and reputation. Thanks to recent collaborations, we have built new teams not only at our Rostrevor base but also in London, Somerset, and Dublin bringing expertise that strengthens both our local and international work.
Our focus is not on size but on trusted relationships and an approach respected by heritage stewards and institutions worldwide. At the same time, we remain deeply engaged in key local projects.
Central to our work is the repair of old buildings, supported by careful feasibility studies that reveal opportunities, unlock potential, and help clients make the best decisions for their heritage assets. These studies then guide sensitive extensions, bespoke alterations, and adaptive reuses.
We work with organisations, institutions, and private owners of old, historic, or listed properties, offering a specialist service that combines practical experience with architectural creativity. The results are both lasting and distinguished.
We welcome forward-thinking partners and private clients who share our vision for excellence in architecture, heritage, community development, and placemaking, and we invite you to connect with us.
